All orders can be cancelled or change until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
In any stage of order such as processing or shipping you will receive a notification email to inform you the status of your order. After placing order you will also receive order updates notification including your receipt in your email. If you can’t find such a notification, please make sure to check your junk, spam or promotion folder. We are glad that you liked our products and collection. We are updating our products frequently and we do our best to keep enough items in stock. But some of the Items might have better sales and go faster than excepted. It usually takes 2-3 weeks to re-stock items that are out of stock. If for any reason we are not able to restock them again, we will update our database and remove them from the website. But don’t worry we are always adding new products and items to the website that you might like them.
